Payment Responsible in your organisation is Subscription manager. By default, first person in your organization, who sign up for Yodiz is the Primary Payment Responsible.
Only Payment Responsible has permission to view Billing details. You would need to ask your Yodiz Subscription Responsible for the necessary permissions to view or change Billing details.
Admin can see and change the primary and Secondary Responsible on the Payment Management page. From drop down select Primary and Secondary Responsible persons.
These 2 Users will have access to the Payment Management area to upgrade, downgrade and change payment method. To access payment management pages.
Go to Settings Icon > Billing > Payment Management
