Each existing board layout can be shared and used within your organization. Board layout options are dependent upon Workflow scheme that you have configured in Project settings. User is given only relative board options, that are valid for that workflow. If you want to use another available layout then:

• Select the project and specific parameters like sprint/release from board drop down options
• Navigate to right navigation panel, Settings > Switch Board Layout > Edit
• Drop down list will show all available board layouts that can be linked.
• Select an option from drop down or create a New Board Layout to link it with your project.
• Save the changes by clicking on Apply button. New board layout will take effect instantaneously.
