In order to change specific permissions for a role, please follow the guidelines below.

Go to Main Navigation Settings dropdown > Manage Roles and Permission

Select the specific Role and you will land on its Manage Permissions section, update the role for a specific permission. For example, if you uncheck “delete User Story” permission, users of the respective role won’t be able to delete User stories.
