How to view and edit Notification settings
You can receive notifications inside the Yodiz tool or in your email inbox. You can configure these by pressing your profile icon and pressing Profile settings. On the resulting page you will see a Notifications tab. Press this tab to change notification settings for Application notifications or for email notifications. How to configure application notifications Click the tab that says Application Notifications. From here you can set whether you receive a notification within Yodiz whenever an action is performed on an Issue, User Story, or Task. E.g. if you tick ‘An Issue is updated’ you will receive a notification within Yodiz whenever a change is made to an Issue which is associated with you. If you remove the tick, you will no longer receive notifications whenever a change is made to an Issue which is associated with you. How to configure email notifications On the Profile settings page, in the Notifications tab, select the Email settings tab. On this screen you can choose to enable or disable email notifications whenever changes are made to Issues, User Stories or Tasks. To enable email notification for a specific event related to an item, press the check box next to the event. E.g. if you wish to receive an email notification whenever a User Story is assigned to you, tick the check box next to ‘A User Story is assigned to me’ under the User Story section. Similarly, you can enable or disable email notifications for different events related to Issues, User Stories or Tasks.
