How can I cancel existing subscription

Please follow these steps

Go to “Payment Management” under settings icon on top right corner

Click on “Cancel Plan” link

It will prompt you to first remove extra users, since when you cancel the subscription we downgrade your account to free package.

Click on “Go to User Directory” button and remove extra users.

Now click on “Payment Management” from settings icon and you would be able to cancel your plan.

Note: “Only Company Owner” and “Backup Owner” can manage the payments, if you don’t see the link then you are not one of them. To change owner details check this article.
