The administration settings page gives you control over all Administration related tasks in Yodiz. This article will guide you through each setting. administration


Add Project
Allows you to create a new Project for you company.
My Project
This allows you to see all Projects that you are assigned to in your company.
View All Projects
This shows you all projects that are being worked upon by the company.
Archived Projects
This shows you all projects that have been archived by the company.

Project Settings

Edit Details
Allows you to edit following project details:
  • Project Title
  • Short Project Name
  • Details
  • Owner
  • Estimation Method
  • Points Hours
  • Point Scale
  • Work Days
  • Time Zone
  • Use MoSCoW priority for Issues. If not checked, only “High Priority” checkbox will be used
  • Use Resolve Reason for Issues, when changing status to Resolved, Ignored, etc.
Manage Users
  • Invite new users, or add existing user to project.
  • Manage Components
  • Add, Edit, Delete component
  • Estimation Method
  • Choose estimation method like Points or Hours
  • Choose point scale among Linear, Fibonacci, T Shirt size, Scale -100

Import Data

You can import data into Yodiz from external apps. This section deals with the settings for Importing of data.
Import using API
This feature allows you to import data using API keys. You can import Project from other tools like:
  • Pivotal Tracker
  • Atlasian Jira
  • Redmine
  • FogzBugz
  • OnTime Now
  • Import using CSV:
This feature allows you to import data with the use of CSV file.


This section allows you to make changes to existing Users in the company. You can perform a range of functions including:
Invite New users
Invite new users to the company by sending them invitation email.
Create Bulk users
Add new users directly by sending them username and password in email.
All users
View all current and pending users.
Manage Roles & Permissions
Assign and change roles & permissions for all current users.


Manage Custom Fields
Create and change custom fields
Create Custom Fields
Create new custom fields
Manage Status Labels
Create and change status labels.
Manage Priority Labels
Create and change labels for different priorities.
